Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face where possible.
  • Discontinue retinoids and exfoliating acids 3–5 days before peels or microneedling, unless otherwise advised.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning before and after treatment.
  • Disclose any medications, allergies, or recent treatments during your consultation.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments are booked online and confirmed by email.
  • We operate by appointment only — no walk-ins are accepted.
  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect other clients' time.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable but transferable with 48 hours' notice.
  • Treatments and consultations are non-refundable once performed.
  • Retail products may be returned if unopened and unused within 14 days.
